This pavilion was added to the back of an existing house. The project consists of heavy timber columns, beams and trusses, There is 1140 S.F. of new exterior decking - 781 S.F. of which is covered by the roof structure. The pavilion is served by exterior stairs, handrails and guardrails. And the pavilion encompasses a hot tub, a flame table, and cooking facilities.
